Every now and then stop to recharge your mind and soul with a little mental magic. Give yourself a moment to recharge your mind and soul. - Turn OFF the alarms from all your electronic devices.
- Turn ON your favorite, soul-soothing, music.
- CLOSE your eyes and ignore all distractions but the music swirling in the air in front of you.
- BREATHE in and out—reconnecting your breathe to your body then to your mind.
- RECONNECT to the Earth by placing both feet squarely upon the ground. Be present in the ‘now’.
